Very nice motherboard. Plays nicely with my Ryzen 7 2700X and 24GB of Dominator Platinum at 3200mhz. Had to enable the overclock profile for the ram but it's not had any issues keeping it at the rated speeds. My last motherboard would just reboot randomly on an overclock profile.
The instant overclock button is also a nice addition in the bios, and works well from my testing. Have had it on now since i bought it and hadn't ran into any stability issues.
Built in wifi is really nice, removed the adapter from my PC after installing this. It also has bluetooth which is nice, by unfortunately my phone won't connect to it for some reason. My phone just disconnects immediately after connecting.
RGB lighting is "okay". not super bright and doesn't really show great in my Corsair Crystal 460X.

I have a roommate who is across the hall from me he has a Ethernet cable running to his room upstairs. Can I plug this into his Ethernet cable then run a Ethernet to my set up and get internet?
Yes, plus his Ethernet into it, and the other ports on the switch will have internet. It effectively works like a splitter. One Ethernet in, 4 out.
