Had this washing machine since 04/2019 and just now on the rinse cycle it sounded like the machine was in a horrific accident. The whole machine was twisted 180 degrees, the knob flew off, the drum dented the interior so bad the metal is now bowing out & the lid makes a terrible clanking sound when you open and close it. So incredibly disappointed.

I use this primarily with my iPhone to take photos. I also get a ton of use out of it when I weed my vinyl & can put the flashlight on the phone & put it in the tripod facing down & place the tripod right over my vinyl project. Makes the weeding sooo much easier!

Samsung makes the worst appliances by far!! Had this fridge for 4 years & it’s been repaired so many times I’ve lost count. The final straw was when it flooded my kitchen last night after it froze over for the 3rd time & something broke internally with the water line & water was pouring out by the gallons! This would’ve destroyed my house if I wasn’t home!! RUN don’t walk away from this piece of garbage! All the reviews are from people who’ve owned it for weeks or months, but at the 12 month mark it will be a complete nightmare!!!!

Purchased this washer in 2014, but after 4 great years it’s being replaced because it makes a really loud banging noise on the rinse cycle & having to pay $100 to repair a 4 year old washer doesn’t make sense so I’m getting a new one in the hopes I can get more time out of if.

Our ice maker seemed to frequently freeze over. I mean all the way to the back of the unit. It no longer works and buying ice is getting old fast.Does the ice maker come out at all? Can it be replaced with a new ice maker? How difficult is it to do?
Major design flaw, just buy a new fridge that’s NOT Samsung. This fridge is GARBAGE!! Had it for 4 years & has been a piece of junk since the first year! Freezes over, ice maker has a major design flaw & freezes shut, water line flooded my kitchen after the last time it froze over.
