I've used HP products for printing and scanning since around 1986. So I have a lot of experience with HP products. My first scanner was a B&W HP scanner which cost me $1500 back then. That was when scanners first appeared for people to buy (a little history). This HP Envy 7855 all in one printer is a winner in all aspects. We like to print 4 by 6 photos of our grandchildren, which this printer does perfectly. It scans documents perfectly (whether B&W or color), and copies them perfectly as well. Now, I'll get to the most significant point I can make for inkjet printing. Our old HP 7520 ink cost us a lot and had issues utilizing all the ink in various cartridges. So for me any new inkjet printer had to be less expensive to operate. This HP 7855 inkjet wins that battle hands down. We signed up for the automatic ink replacement from HP and already received our first set of 2 cartridges (1 black, 1 tri-color). And they arrived slightly before the tri-color needed to be replaced first. I'm impressed! We signed up for 100 pages a month with ink mailed to us automatically (which HP monitors online). It cost us $5 a month. Translated to 4 by 6 color photo printing that makes each print cost 5 cents for the ink alone. AND, this HP printer, like those in the past, will print to any brand of photo paper (unlike another printer that shall go nameless). I'm thankfully amazed at the $$ we'll save on ink alone. HP has hit a home run with this printer and with the special ink replacement program. They do require you to mail back old empty cartridges. They included a postage free plastic envelope that you mail back the empties when the envelope is full. Life is good and my frustration with costly inkjet printing is FINALLY history. Thank-you HP!!!

This is the first Panasonic microwave that I've purchased. It is a perfect physical size for our kitchen countertop space. And it holds a large dinner plate of food. We've had 1000 watt microwaves for many years but this new Panasonic 1100 watt microwave has far more power. It heats a cup of cold coffee in 30 seconds (to hot); our old microwave got coffee warmed in 1.5 minutes (both set on high intensity). In addition the touch controls on this Panasonic microwave are easy to understand. We are super happy with this microwave.

This is the second Roku video media player I've purchased for use on two older wide screen TVs. I purchased this newest one for the voice search capability built into the remote (and it works). I enjoy viewing the internet wirelessly via my router and the Roku Ultra and the choice of oneline videos seems endless. I like the way Roku keeps groups of themed videos from YouTube organized. I have my favorites, my granddhildren have theirs, etc. Roku has turned our older TVs into "smart" TVs for a fraction of the cost of a new self-contained "smart" TV.

I bought a 3-pack of these SanDisk - Cruzer Dial 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive - Black/red USB sticks. I very much like the different colors of the sticks which I use in my car to play music (red for Xmas songs, blue for my Granddaughter's songs, green for my Grandson's songs). I also like the easy peasy turn of the circle header to open and close the USB connector. I plan to purchase more of these particular USB sticks.

After I shave with the Braun 9 I remove the shaver head and rinse it in hot water, then blow it dry and gently wipe with a towel. I also slightly rinse the plastic snap holder on the shaver and dry that. Then I put the shaver into the charging-cleaning holder and run it thru a clean cycle. One press of the front button washes the shaver head and drys it. Simple easy peasy. The liquid cleaning solution also contains a slight amount of oderless lube product that lubes the blades and keeps them working smoothly. After the clean cycle is done the charging-cleaning holder automatically recharges the lithium battery. Your good to go. When it's ALL done the charge cycle stops and the Braun 9 sits quietly for tomorrows shave.

I have shaved with a blade all my life and decided to try an electric shaver. After a few weeks of looking at reviews and thinking, I bought the Braun - Series 9 Wet/Dry Electric Shaver. My first couple shaves were awkward. I then I used a blade again. A week later I opted to forced myself to use the Braun 9 for several days. To my surprise I learned this shaver cuts down to the skin with no irritation, saves me time, and gives me a close shave. I learned this shaver works best when gently held against the face. It doesn't cut as close as a blade, but nothing will do that. But given the comfort level of the Braun 9 on my skin, the time I save shaving with it, how easy it is to use, and how close a shave, I'm very pleased with this shaver. I do remove the shave head each time, rinse it out with hot water (and a slight rinse of the shaver head), then gently dry the shaver head on a towel. Then I then put the shaver into the charger-cleaning holder and run it thru a clean cycle after each shave. The clean cycle liquid also lubes the shaver head to keep it working smoothly. It's a simple process indeed. Press the cleaning button and it cleans then drys the shaver. I never thought I'd like an electric shaver, but this Braun 9 is just incredible.

Can I use it for photos & videos?
Photos are definitely storable on any Flash drive. I recomment USB 2.0 or 3.0 USB flash drives.
Videos are another story. Generally videos are huge files in data size and moving videos to any USB 2.0, and even USB 3.0 sticks are a slow and laborious process. Plus, videos won't really play well from the Flash drive. So NO, I do not recommend putting videos on any USB flash drive sticks.

Can this work with a CANON Powershot camera PC 1249 and SD870 IS - purchased about 2010?? I have a 2 GB card in it.
The Cannon Powershot PC1249 is an older camera and Canon no longer provides an online user guide for this particular camera. Canon does still provide a user guide for the newer Powershot SD870. Both of these cameras take the same battery. To answer your question, the SD870 supports a micro SD card up to 32 gig. Now in my own thinking, and I have Canon cameras, I am quite confident to say that the older PC1249 will also utilize the 32 gig micro SD card you are asking about. I highly suspect when the PC1249 was new it likely used a 2 gig micro SD card. which was the common size back then. Newer 8 gig, 16 gig, 32 gig, and larger micro SD cards are relatively new products. Still the prices have plummeted to the point where a 32 gig micro SD card is pretty inexpensive. You can get the 32 gig micro SD card for both cameras. Even if the bios chip on the PC1249 supports only a smaller micro SD card, it'll use as much memory on the 32 gig card as allowed by the camera bios chip anyway. And you have the benefit of having a fairly fast read and write speed with the newer 32 gig micro SD card you are considering. Meaning when you take pictures they will be saved much faster so you can take second shots. Your old 2 gig micro SD card was pretty slow for sure.

Is this compatible with a J3 Orbit Samsung phone?
Ah ha! great question. Many people don't know but the Android operating system uses the old DOS and early Windows FAT16 file allocation table for its files. FAT 16 is history in Windows they now use the NTFS file system. Hence you can still plug any Android phone into of Windows computer USB port and transfer files from your phone to a Windows computer. Windows still accept and reads FAT16 files. I do it all the time. Here's the problem with your desired goal. The USB cable that comes with this WD digital drive will NOT be compatible with your Samsung USB port. So No it won't work. And don't waste time trying to get a USB adapter. There are none.

Is using this solely for the purpose of "videos" mean I have a problem?
Mike, No. You do not have a problem. You can easily copy videos to this WD device (these "drives" are fast particularly with USB 2 and 3 ports). And it works with the old school USB 1 port too. Videos take up a lot of space so this device is perfect. And this device comes formatted and ready to go for Windows computers.

How you power this HD ?
Nick... All you do is plug this WD digital drive into your computer USB port. It transfers data via the USB cable AND it uses the low voltage current in the computers USB port to power this device. Since there are no moving parts it needs very little current.
