Works well with 128GB for my Sony camcorder. Price wasn't much higher than the 64 GB.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is this card compatible with the hero5 GoPro?

Yes it will. I had picked up a couple and used 1 in my Sony camcorder and my husband used 1 in his Hero 4 Go Pro and it worked fine. The 5 is newer yet so it should be no problem.
