This is my first experience with a portable air conditioner, and I have to say I was very pleased from the moment I turned it on. It cooled a very hot room quickly and actually helped lower the temperature of the rest of the apartment as well. I find the noise level about the same as from a similar-sized window unit. My only worry was whether the vent hose would be long enough for my unusual windows, but it reached with room to spare. Other reviewers mention that it is heavy -- and it is -- but again, similar to an equivalent window air conditioner. I am glad I purchased it and would buy it again.

First... I love Brother laser printers because they separate the toner cartridge from the drum unit. With some other brands they are in one unit, making the replacement cartridge more expensive (and, for me, less environmentally friendly because you replace both the toner and the drum each time).
Second... the HL-2390DW produces beautiful text, which is mostly what I print. For serious graphics printing one should look at ink jet printers, of course.
Third... I only occasionally scan, and usually I scan only one or two pages. Using the flatbed scan window is just fine. For those who regularly scan multiple pages, you might look at the Brother MFP models with an automatic document feeder. I just don't need that feature.
This purchase replaced a 2007 model Brother MFP which frankly just needed both a drum and a toner cartridge. I decided to recycle that unit and opt for a current model... but I wouldn't have had to, honestly.
I've purchased at least 10 Brother laser printers for different people over the years, and I've been pleased every time.

My old Blu-Ray player lost its ability to stream, and it seemed like loading a disc took forever. While I don't have a large collection of discs I felt like I needed to buy a replacement. This Sony 4K Ultra HD loads discs quickly, and the streaming features extend the life of my older plasma TV (which I can't bear to part with). While the TV can't take full advantage of the Blu-Ray players 4K capability, the Sony produces an excellent picture. Great features at a great price... I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I love using this kind of trackball, so keep that in mind. In fact, I resist ever having to use a regular mouse. I can only conclude that more people would switch if they had a chance to try a trackball. I have the step-up model at work and this M570 at my home computer. For me, using my thumb to move the ball is so much more precise -- and less fatiguing -- than moving the whole mouse with my wrist. The "back" and "forward" buttons are great, as is the scroll wheel... and all are adjustable (to a certain extent) in the software (that one does not have to install, by the way). I hope Logitech always makes trackballs!

After looking at several other thin and light notebooks I chose the Lenovo Yoga C940 for its very good keyboard, great screen, and excellent sound. I confess I never liked the watchband-style hinge on the original 900 series but I love the current hinge with the soundbar built in. The 14" size is comfortable to use on the road, while being thin and light. I have been using it only for about a month, but I'm so happy with it that I'd make the same purchase choice again today.

I have had this computer for just over a month now and I love everything about it. For a laptop with a 15.6" screen it feels lighter than I'd expected. Very sturdy, great keyboard, nice screen... very fast, even with lots of tabs open. I have a smaller notebook that I use for travel but I needed something for serious work with a larger screen and fuller keyboard. This fits the bill. Also looked and (and loved) the Lenovo Yoga 740 15" and could have gone either way. I didn't need the touch screen and got a great configuration with the Dell Inspiron.

I am a fan of the Surface line, having owned a Surface Pro 3 for several years. The Pro 3 was still serving me well, by the way, but the Pro 7 won me over with the addition of a USB-C port. The Pro 7 is fast and the extra battery life is a plus. I appreciate the fact that Microsoft has maintained consistency from the Pro 3 to the Pro 7 (in terms of compatibility with legacy docking stations and folios). I use the machine primarily for travel and love the fact that I can use my normal business applications without having to carry a bulkier or heavier machine. My Pro 3 worked so well that I felt okay about skipping three generations before updating to the Pro 7.

Hard to wax poetic over an adapter... but when you need one, you need one. I am glad Best Buy stocks the headphone adapter dongle for the Pixel 3... and I am glad the dongle is the Google brand. I tried another brand adapter in the past and it didn't work properly. Does exactly what it should: allows me to use whatever headphones I want with my Pixel 3.

I needed to feed my Ethernet to a router near my entertainment center and didn't want to run a cable. This pair fit the bill perfectly. Easy setup and fast performance. Keep in mind that the units encroach a bit above the outlet they're plugged into; you can still plug in a 2-prong plug above them but not a 3-prong. That could be an issue for some, so it is good to know in advance. Very happy with my purchase.

I am assuming that your final sentence was going to say, "of same phone number?" If that is what you were asking, I'm 99% sure that the answer is "no." I'm doubtful that you can sync two watches to the same phone to begin with... but that's not the main obstacle. Even if you could, both watches would share the same phone number as the phone, and you can't call yourself; your call will take you to your voicemail box if you do.
For this to work, I believe you'd have to have a separate cell phone for your son, with its own number... and then the watch could make and receive calls independently even when the son's phone is somewhere else. Note that some functions depend upon the phone and watch being paired and connected to each other through Bluetooth.
Don't know about GPS tracking of his watch by your phone....

What does unlocked mean which is the other option next to BT (Blue Tooth)?
"Unlocked" means that the cellular capability of this watch (LTE) is not limited to a specific cell service provider. Some cell providers "lock" a watch or a phone to their specific service, to incentivize you to stay with them, usually in exchange for a discount on the price of the device. This watch will work with most any cell service provider.
That being said... check on the details of your cell plan to see if they charge a monthly fee for adding an LTE watch. You want to be sure you know that before setting up the watch. My plan allows my LTE service to be shared by the watch without additional charge; I'd have thought twice about an LTE watch if I had to pay an extra $5 or $10 a month for using it on my cell plan. Actually, I'd probably have switched to a different cell service rather than paying an extra fee.

ONLY after purchasing the Lonovo Yoga 7i, I could not connect to the internet using my existing ethernet cable and was advised that I must purchase an adapter to for this connection. What make, model, or other specifications are required?
Just about any "dongle" that adapts an RJ-45 ethernet cable to a USB male plug will work. You could choose one with either a USB-A male plug or a USB-C male plug, depending upon which port you'd like to use on the Yoga 7i. So long as the adapter says it is compatible with Windows it will work fine. These are very standard these days, as fewer laptops are thick enough to accommodate a full-size RJ-45 port.

Did they solder on the RAM and forget to add a second slot so no one can ever upgrade?
RAM is not expandable for the Lenovo Yoga 7i laptop. That is becoming standard in laptops these days. Eliminating the expansion socket saves room on the motherboard (and probably saves manufacturing cost as well). It is important to buy a model with enough RAM not just for today but for five years from now.

Does Lenovo yogi have a virus protection system built in or does it need to be purchased?
All Windows computers include "Windows Defender," which provides some basic protection. However, it is prudent to install some form of additional antivirus software. You can turn to web sites like CNET or ZDNET or PCMAG or others to find recommendations for highly-rated antivirus programs. At the very least, I'd recommend that you install the most highly-rated free antivirus software. If you are careful about the web sites you visit and careful not to open e-mail attachments, the free anti-virus program might be reasonable. If several people use the computer I'd buy a top-rated, proactive program. Hope that helps!

Yes, the Netgear Nighthawk AX2400 is a dual band WiFi Router. You plug in your internet source (cable modem, DSL modem, or wired internet connection and this router creates WiFi access fed by your internet source. It also has four wired ports on the back. It broadcasts a 2.4 GHz signal and a 5 GHz signal. You can use the pre-set network names (SSID's) or you can create your own. I replaced an older wireless router with this one and I'm pleased with how well it works. Hope that helps!
