I live in a building with...interesting people, some of whom decide to drop by late at night for annoying unimportant things, like a soda. I had a Roku 2, which was fine, but minus the ability to use headphones, so I upgraded to a Premiere which does this through my iPhone. Plus the colors on my 10 year old TV are MUCH more vibrant! Happy me!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought to replace a separate WD router and NetGear modem, and cheaper than both. Used with a Roku 2, 2 computers, and an iPhone at the same time, it is outperforming the previous router and modem setup despite being about the same power level. Well worth the purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

do you need anythng else to connect it

If you already have a router and modem (or router/modem combo) and an internet account, no, it does not need anything else.

Can a phone be plugged in to this unit?

I only see two ethernet ports, so I'd say no.

Can this be used for centrylink? Do I need a router/modem combo or just a modem?

Check CenturyLink's website to see if they have a list of compatible hardware.

Does this work with Verizon Fios Internet?

I don't know. I use Comcast which has a list of compatible hardware on their website, so Verizon might as well.
