I purchased these headphones so I could take some computer based training without annoying my coworkers - they failed miserably and I've had to replace them with something better.
These headphones are flimsy, the range of the wireless connection is not strong enough to reach to the desktop box under my desk, and the charge on the battery is not long enough to get through my day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use a soft phone (VOIP phone) for work and I’m having a hard time finding a headset that will answer phone calls. I’ve tried two sets thus far that say they have hands free answering but it doesn’t actually work. Would this have hands free answering?

I don't think these will work for you. There's no answering mechanism on these.
