I don't know. But the customer service line for the product (NOT the BestBuy customer service) was terrible and deceitful as far as I am concerned. They wanted me to give them admin control of my computer so they could work on my computer but hang up my phone while working on someone elses computer at the same time while they ran diagnostics on mine. They would call me when done. I have never had someone hang up on me while working on my computer. They did. I carefully watched as they worked on my computer because the mouse continued to move the entire time, no 'downtime' during diagnostics ever. Told me my problem was my computer virus protector not working. And showed me a screen that "proved it". Which didn't. I disconnected them from my computer. And never got it working.
