I replaced my swann with this ring unit. The ring doesn’t keep events like the swann did without subscription. Also the light On the ring is not disable. It sure if I’ll keep it up or return it at this point. The swann has app that does almost the exact same thing without cost

I bought this through Best Buy because I was told by the sales rep I could warranty it through you instead of paying the shipping through the manufacture. It’s not if it’s going to break it’s win and the convenience of having my local Best Buy change it it’s a whole lot better

I bought this open box with the understanding that the remote was missing. At least that is what it said on tag outside of the box. Once I got it home I found the remote inside the box. But it was missing the optical cable and an HDMI cable.
While I love the sound quality. It is a pain to set this up. No onscreen navigation. We actually had to do a factory reset, thanks YOUTUBE. Then it connected.

I have laptop on my toolbox and the is mouse is great so I don’t have to move it around. About once a month I have to knock the ball out and clean the dust out off the sensors. Totally expected though. It holds up to a little oil, diesel fuel. From my hands. I like it so much. I bought another for home.

Is this compatible with Apple computer?
Yes it is. I have mine hooked up to my Mac mini. Works just fine. Actually we have 3 mice hooked up at the same time. Our home computer has 5 users and everyone like what the like. My trackball, MAC touchpad, and the MAC mouse.just set to the side which is not being used.
