Took me a bit to learn the feel of this cooker. It took so long because the temperature adjustments are in increments that are not conducive to easy cooking.
For example - rice. Once I have it boiling I must tend to the simmer because 160 is too low but 200 is too high. What a waste of time tending to a low simmer. Why can't I have 180?
Or adjustments in five degree increments?

Love that it is insanely EASY to keep clean!
I am sold on induction cooking. It is fabulous. FAST. Wish I'd tried it sooner. The best of both worlds - runs on electricity but cooks like fueled by gas. If you are thinking of making the change to induction - go for it!

The top of the toast remained totally untoasted and

The taps are not confirmed so who knows what the buds will do.
