This cam does not come with very good software, as you cannot adjust the cam at all with it!

And after the cam has been working for about an hour or so in a zoom video chat, it starts getting blurry and I have to reboot it. Pretty annoying, actually! I have a Fios connection, so it is not the connection speed; it is simply a poorly made camera.
Also, the 5' cord is TOO SHORT! The cord needs to be at LEAST 6' long, since it sits on top of a monitor [mine is 24" diag] and then the cord has to go down to my PC tower which is underneath my desk. Pretty strange that LOGITECH has to be so stingy on the length of their cord!
I am sure there are better cameras out there that are more user-friendly.

...the tech did not install the wall mount evenly!
After he left, and I was watching TV for a while, I noticed that the mount itself was mounted crooked on the wall! Sure enough, I put a level on the TV and on the mount itself, and it was about 1/2" to 3/4" off!
It was so off, that he had the TV adjusted on the mount as far as it could go on one side of the mount [to get it as straight/level as he could]. Pretty sad that a tech and his manager cannot properly install a mount on a wall and use a level so everything is straight and level!
If I wanted to get this fixed, they would have to drill new holes in my wooden wall, which I did not want them to do, as I did not want to put MORE holes in my wall!
Other than that, my rockin' 75" VIZIO P-Series TV is up and the mount is secure.

I purchased this keyboard for my home office since sometimes I like to use the keyboard at night without lighting up my room.
Very cool lights on/under the board, nice clicking noise [if you like that] when you hit the keys.
The keyboard lights even give the room a bit of a cosmic aura at night when you leave the room and look at it!

Only thing I do not like is that all of the numbers and symbols are switched on the keys. For example, the 1/! key has the 1 on the top and the ! on the bottom, which is the opposite from the standard keyboard keys.
Same with the other keys that are just symbols. For example, the ,/< key has the , on the top and the < on the bottom, which is the opposite from the standard keyboard keys.
You just have to train the brain to flip these when typing! :)
Buy it, you'll like it! :)

How long is the cord?
the cord is only 5' long, which is too short if you are going to mount it on the top of your monitor and your pc tower is under your desk!
they should have made the cord AT LEAST 6' long so that it would reach your pc! Why is Logitech so cheap? Pretty sad!

In addition, we will connect new or existing TV up to corresponding video components and existing AC power outlet, ensure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed, and make sure the work space is clean when we finish.
Can the Geek Squad mount a 65 inch TV with swivel mount and not use the wood studs in the drywall?
Why would you not want to use your wood studs? They are there for support and to mount things to, such as your TV. Especially with a swivel mount. I had them mount my 75" TV with a swivel/extending mount and they installed it into the studs. That is the way to go.
