Bought these open box and they came in prestine condition. Dont have devices to teat their max capabiltiies but they charges a Lenovo laptop just fine. Bought these for future proofing and these certainly look like they will last for years to come.

The activation instructions could be better. I would not suggest following the website link provided in the material to activate as somehow there is no option to opt out of continuous service, meaning you need to give them your credit card number (unless that is what you wanna do).
Instead, call to activate. It took a couple of minutes.
Reception is very spotty even in midtown Manhattan, let alone in the boroughs.
All in all, good enough for to be used for a month's visit to NY according to my family members I purchased this for.

For a launch title, Nintendo certainly out done themselves with such a well crafted, beautiful masterpiece that demonstrates the power of good programming using relatively weak hardware. Whether in portable mode or docked, you will get the same experience.
A lot of people complain about the weapon breakage, but I found it perfectly compliments the combat system. While in the beginning you don't have much choice but to pick up whatever and use it to fight, later on, you will get to choose whatever that you prefer especially once you get to know the places that weapons respawn.
One frustrating mechanic which I wish they would tone down is how rain affects climbing. But even that can be overcome later on with the correct tools.
If you expect a story, there is not much here. It's like Mario where you know the end game before the game even starts - save the world and the princess. There is nothing more in the way and you can even go directly to the final boss without doing anything else!
This remains one of the best games I have ever played and will likely remain so for a very long time untill, maybe, Nintendo can somehow trump this with the next Zelda game.

Bought this as a replacement of the FiOS quantum gateway. Setup is easy as login to the FiOS router, release the DHCP lease in advanced settings, quickly unplug it to prevent auto renew and install the AC2400.
After first connecting to the router, login to the router, follow the setup prompts and voila! Internet!
Speed test result is as expected. Websites seems to load faster than when I was using the quantum gateway - maybe just excitment from my new toy. Will update later.
The nighthawk app is decent but nothing really useful, at least for me.
There is an USB 3.0 port if you need to connect a external hard drive. Netgear offers a program to do auto backups to that drive too if that's your thing.
Connecting to my shared folders and Plex works just fine.
I also tested casting from my S9+ to my Samsung TV and videos runs well but sound can be choppy. But at least it doesnt drop connections compared to the quantum gateway (and a tp link router that I previous tested too).
A slight nikpick is the size - not sure if they really have to make it so wide..
Overall, an excellent router. Highly recommended.

Hi, I do NOT have an internet/cable provider. i was wondering if a router alone would provide wifi? or would i need to actually have optimum, xfinity, direct tv etc something to receive wifi ?

I have sort of a unique situation that I would need this for. Does this unit have the ability to broadcast in ONLY 2.4ghz? Am I able to disable the 5ghz band only?
Yes. It is enabled by defualt but go into wireless settings and you can disable either.
