I recently purchased this and upgrade from gen 1 model. This is far superior. The screen is much larger and the speakers are on the back side as opposed to the front. And now there is browsing capability which is awesome. I just wish there was a built in tilt option to change angel of the unit instead of an add on that needs to be purchased separately. Also, Alexa is still amazing! I would highly recommend.

This Echo was great when we first purchased. It was fairly easy to set up but we had some issues connecting to our wi-fi. It took several times before it would connect properly. It is a little bulky as compared to the new units, but it was as advertised.

This is a good alternative to an echo device. The set up was very easy but it takes a little getting used to if you come from an Amazon world. The speaker is good and have not had issues with it and the responses are crisp and clear. It also has a nice sleek look that does not stand out like a sore thumb!
