I know this is a "styles may vary" item as it happened to me when I ordered Optimus Prime. This time I called and had an associate to go look, and she said they had the Starscream. I placed my order and went to pick it up after work. It was Grapple. I told them the lady I spoke to told me they had Starscream. They checked to try to do an exchange but said they were both Grapple. I called 2 other stores and they were all Grapple.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The computer I built for my parents about 5-6 years ago started acting up. I checked out what was on sale on BB website and found this one for $469.99. It would have cost about the same buying all the individual parts, waiting for it be shipped, putting it together, installing Windows and misc software.
I plugged everything up and turned it on. Took about 15 minutes to setup Windows and log into all the email, google, and other accounts. For some reason it didn't use the proper resolution for the monitor and I had to manually go into display settings to change it. Other than that, everything else was good. Its plenty fast for my parents, paying bills online, checking email, facebook, watching some tv shows, web surfing, etc.
