On two occasions installation was poor. First the install of the dishwasher was done in a way the electrician was surprised our house had not caught on fire. Then when they installed the above cooktop microwave in our brand new cabinets they destroyed the cabinet bottom. We had to have a new bottom ordered and cabinet installers come back out and take down the microwave and replace the bottom and microwave. I don't mind having it delivered but will never have anything installed by any national company. They outsource the installation and they are horrible.

I was looking for a way to decrease my cost but still get live tv. Through Roku you can get multiple apps and some have live TV (Hulu) a lot cheaper than our local cable companies. The picture is great. Takes a little getting use to but I'm working through it. Happy I did it. Will save me about $100/month and have more availability as I can search for my favorite older shows instead of waiting to see if they show up on cable. I have one more TV in the guest bedroom I'm going to pick one up for.
