The thing works great once it's working. I've nerver had a faster router. You get that from the moment you connect to the wifi. But being a mid-advance user, the allegedly "simplicity" of the app and the "configuration" was just frustrating. The instructions are not clear enough and doing something slightly different than the default may be a pain.
But once you get that soerted, is amazing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

One of my Roku Tv's Wi-Fi is weak.It keeps going into loading and stops what ever is on Tv.Its the the room furthest from where the main WiFi , internet box is.Would this router make this problem go away?

That really depends on your house, the size, the thickness and materials of the walls, etc.
For a modern 3 room apartment, the signal is excellent on all rooms.

If you just want to increase the signal power, maybe a wifi amplifier suits best your need.

Is it compatible for Xfinity?

Yes, it can connect to whatever gives you internet over Ethernet.

Does it have a separate switch to turn wifi off and on in addition to the main switch that turns the whole unit off and on? I want to only turn wifi on occasionally while still using it as a router.

Does this router have the capability report data usage for each device this is connected to it? For example, i would like to see how much data my phone is using every month. Thanks.

Nope. You'll need to use an app in your phone to track this.
