Got this about a month ago as our old one broke; it's super easy to use as it has different levels of temperature depending on how warm want it and it lights up in different colors depending on the level that you want. It's a nice quality tea kettle that has a filter so can put in a tea bag but we just warm up warm water so don't have to keep cleaning it. Works great; probably the most used small kitchen appliance that I use everyday.

I bought this a few months ago and it finally broke. It wasn't worth the price as some channels work some days then not the next so have to keep moving the antenna around and reprogramming. Well, it actually physically broke and next time will just buy $10 rabbit ear antenna.

Am answering my own question as I recently found out it's not for oriental carpets that are hand woven as it will completely damage the carpet. It's recommended to have the carpet brought into someone that specializes in cleaning oriental carpets. The manufacturer should have said as much as thank God I didn't buy it for this purpose. I may still buy it for the other carpeting in my home as it would work great for that but not oriental carpets.
