Will this soundbar work with a LG OLED TV with HDR and 4k movies? I'm asking because I read that this soundbar only works with certain televisions.

it will work no problem. the only thing that might be an issue is if you have a magic remote. there is a thread that will help guide the set up process.

Does this TV come with a YouTube TV app? Not YouTube, but YOUTUBE TV? I know the previous Insignia RokuTV model included a You Tube TV app, so does this Fire TV edition include it also? thanks!

No, YouTube is owned by Google and probably pull it to make their Chromecast more appealing.
