Used it for about two weeks before returning it. Looks cool but didn’t work as expected. It would need to be rebooted to restore functionality. All devices would be connected but none of the network functioned until restarted. Could be I just got a defective unit. Instead of giving it another try I just decided to get a different router.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will these work well with an Audio Technica turntable - AT-LP60XBT that I just purchased?

If it has a 3.5mm TRS jack then yes. If it doesn’t and you can find a converter then yes.
