Our installers will quickly and professionally mount and secure your TV to drywall and connect your TV to your video components. I switched from LG back to Samsung with the QLED and Neo QLED line. My LG's were OLED, but plagued by screen burn in and lack of apps available. But, my latest Samsungs (4), are amazing with their ability to use the Tizen engine to upscale each picture. The product I'm reviewing has Dolby Atmos and sounds terrific, no need for a soundbar. Very pleased.

Must look straight on to get the optional quality/no angles. Plus, the picture brightness levels with the automatic up/down (ambient lighting) based on room brightness are lacking - I turned it off. Picture upgrades with the video engine are OK, but the brightness is sometimes over the top.

Adds weight, but well worth the effort to have. The instructions do not tell you the recharge is on the base at the upper right. It ran out of charge before I figured it out. The instructions mentioned something about a blue tooth charge that does not exist. Good keystrokes, but the backlighting dims out too quick.

Great picture, but the smart card fails too often, has to be reformatted when it fails to record 24/7. Plus, when I put certain cards that meet the storage requirements, it fails to acknowledge the card.

I love the picture and upgrade features, but I don't worry about the sound (as others have complained) as I have the TV connected via optical cable to a surround sound system. However, the remote (although nifty because of the solar charging) lacks significant features I would be used to. I have the TV on my desk (PC monitor/TV) but, the ability to switch between inputs (PC/DirecTV) requires too many remote selections - Home-move down-left-left-left-source-PC-select. Sucks, put a "source" selection on the remote for a faster switch.

Can you provide VESA mounting information? I have a ONN Swivel Table Mount stand that will be used to mount the TV. I am most interested in: A. what size & how many bolts I should use/purchase; B. What size & how many spacers I should use/purchase.
As I recall the size is 200X200, but the screws were much larger than my previous mount so I had to buy new ones rather than buy an completely new mount. The screws are the M8 size, much larger than the old TV I replaced. I then had to put the plate into a vise and drill out the holes so the larger M8 screws would fit. Saved a lot on an install price. The TV is solidly attached. Wal-Mart has a connection kit for around $8.00 that includes dozens of screws for this purpose. Eight bucks compared to a completely new unit at $100 was a good investment. As far as spacers, the Wal-Mart kit had quite a few included, it’s up to you as to how many you think are needed. Plus it includes a bubble level to get it just right.

How do I attach the legs
Match the right and left to the appropriate side. Use the included screws to affix both to their respective openings. You have to tilt up to insert a tab and then lower to insert and tighten the screws. Easy. I placed the TV screen down on top of a bed so that no scratches can occur.

Can you turn off the keyboard and just use the touch screen on the IPAD?
Fold the pad flat without connecting to the magnetic strip and the keyboard is off. Secondly, place the pad in the reading mode position and the keyboard is off. The only time the keyboard is on is when in the magnetic connection mode. Plus there is a small keyboard icon on the bottom right of the screen that calls up the virtual keyboard at any time. This was typed using the keyboard in about half the time it would have taken me with the virtual one. Plus, you still get word selections at the bottom of the screen. So for games and similar apps i use the pad folded flat, but everything else, like email, the keyboard is a must because the short cuts with the keys is much faster and more accurate.

I have one Ethernet connection on the back of my ARRIS SURFboard Modem and I need two. what can I do to add the 2nd Ethernet Connection?
I also have an Arris modem from Cox Cable for internet use, but it has two ports. I needed six ports. So I bought the switch, plugged the modem into the far right jack, and the others in ports 1-4, I still have one open port on the modem in case I need another switch. I also found the lack of ports on the modem as problematic, but this switch was a lifesaver.

what are the cutout dimensions. ..its for a replacement
Download the manual in advance of buying your unit (as I did) and compare to the existing cutout dimensions of your counter. I had to expand mine an inch in each direction to accommodate the Whirlpool. Following the dimensions for either the 24, 30 or 36 inch unit will fit perfectly. Ensure you have enough clearance between the counter surface and the oven underneath if this is your setup as this is critical, you don't want to drop in the cooktop and it hits the top of the oven frame. You may wish to order a site survey (which I did) to get the green light on install.

Is the Whirlpool a solid black glass, or are the burners and control strip different than the rest of the cooktop? In the photos, it appears to be black glass and a charcoal glass. Wondering how that affects cleaning.
The burners and knob areas are a smooth glass surface, the remaining surface is a textured glass that cleans just as easily. DO NOT use anything abrasive as the textured areas may smooth out or distort. Download and read the manual and they state the same precautions. With a little effort, the cooktop cleans to the point where it looks brand new.

Does the surface scratch or stain easily?
Stain, yes, scratch, no. But you have to adhere to the instructions which caution against sliding or shaking pots/pans across the surface. Plus, do not cook Jiffy Pop or similar items by shaking aluminum across the surface. Get the Affresh cleaning kit (as recommended) from Wal-Mart or another retailer and the top will remain clean as new.

No, you need an overhead vent hood or microwave with vent fan.
