Have 4 port modem router combo, plug Ethernet cat 6 from router to new switch--to computer also switch to smart Roku Netflix TV, computer works, TV says no internet found also no ip address. Why? Ethernet cable is good. Is there way to make it work? Thx

Can I hook my NETGEAR CM1200 modem to this GS105, then ethernet the GS105 to my NETGEAR Nighthawk Mesh system? Incoming Cable (Xfinity - 1GB) --> CM1200 --> GS105 --> NIGHTHAWK Mesh MR60 router then (have 3 extra ports for ethernet devices)?

I just bought a Google Mesh Wifi System as suggested by my Spectrum service technician. Problem is I have no spare ethernet ports to plug it in to. Will this box work for that? If so do I plug the box into the modem and then the mesh system into the box?
