This charger has made my life easier and without any guilt of spending too much for battery power. It's batteries power my discman and the speaker with it for long enough before charging the next set (there are 4 batteries) and using them. So easy!

It is definitely hard rock, though certain songs for me like "Screaming For Vengeance" and "You've Got Another Thing Coming" are great.

How long does it take to get a full charge

About 6 hours. And, a little less time for AAA batteries.
