This printer was easy to set up and works as advertised. I have been purchasing Brother laserjet black and white printers for my home as I wanted a reliable and well priced printer with inexpensive cartridges that are long lasting. When my previous Brother was printing poorly, I just went to the Brother website and found the equivalent replacement model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I thought that this scanner would be a good upgrade from my old Canon photo scanner which is over 10 years old and cannot connect to a Windows 10 computer.
I was very disappointed. The V550 feels very cheap with a power button that was not sensitive. The software did not differ much from the software of my Canon. And...the V550 has limited scanning for slides(only 4 slides at a time) and film with a small area on the lid for scanning. My old Canon entire lid was available and could scan in 8 slides at a time.
If you are serious about scanning in slides and negatives, move up to another scanner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ring - Floodlight Cam - White
Ring - Floodlight Cam - White
Ring Floodlight Cam is the first HD security camera with built-in floodlights, two-way talk and a siren alarm. Floodlight Cam shines the lights and starts recording as soon as motion is detected. And you'll also get an alert on your phone and tablet to let you know that someone’s at your home. When you answer the alert, you can see, hear and speak to people on your property from anywhere. Floodlight Cam connects to standard junction boxes and easily replaces existing wired floodlights. It also comes with a free 30-day trial of Ring Protect Plus, so you can review, save and share all your Ring videos at anytime, with anyone.

I have periodically purchased the floodlight cams and now have three. I chose the floodlight cam initially since I already owned the Ring doorbell. I also wanted a wired option that I could install myself. Installation was a no-brainer. My issues: 1) even with the sensitivity set to "people only" the cam picks up small animals re cats and even debris floating in front of the camera; 2) when the iPhone is in "do not disturb" mode, there is no option to allow Ring to alert me which defeats the purpose of having a security camera. However, still the best option for my situation.

Printer is not even 2 years old. It gets stuck in "receiving data" message when we try to print. It still can copy and scan to our computers. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, but nothing has changed. Anyone else experience this?

I have experienced printing issues similar to your problem. I suggest that you update your computer, i.e. security updates, driver updates, BIOS updates, uninstall and install the printer again, and replace the cable if applicable. If the problem still persists, contact Brother support.

is this scanner compatible with new Mojave operating system on a Mac?

Epson does provide the drivers and utilities for Mac OS 10.14x but notice that the date on the software is not current. My experience with an older Epson scanner and Mojave OS is that the drivers and utilites do not always work with certain software and that you might need a workaround.

You need to 1) consider your security needs to determine the number of cameras that you need; 2) dependent on the determined location, whether you can hardwire the camera or need a battery camera; 3) if battery, how many batteries you really want to replace and how easy to replace.

The Orbi only sees each Ring camera as a device; so you need to consider how many other devices you have on your Orbi and if your wifi plan can accommodate these additional devices.

The security cameras are not essential but convenient when you are on the premises but crucial when you are away...thus the need for the Ring plan to view why you are receiving an alert and to take action if needed. The live view only provides the view in real time which may not too helpful. I only pay $100 annual fee for my Ring plan to cover all my Ring devices.
