The purpose for acquiring this tablet is for it to serve as a replacement travel computer. It seems that wifi at hotels lately is more readily accessible as a phone than as a windows computer.
Originally, I was going to purchase the 64gb version, but I saw this 128gb version in the Open Box category, rated in Excellent condition. It truly was, as though the original customer didn't even bother to unpack it.
Thus I was able to acquire the 128gb version for less than a new 64gb model.
Performance wise, the tablet is meeting or exceeding my expectations after a week of use.
The wifi performance seems adequate. I have not experienced dropouts experienced by others unless I go outside about 100 feet from my router. While not wanting to boast, we have a robust wifi infrastructure inside the house, so I was testing the range from outside, and it is generally comparable to my phone. Perhaps Samsung has modified this model, or the 128gb version may have a better internal antenna.
The true test will be on our next trip when we will be subject to a given hotel's wifi infrastructure.
Yes, this model has no headphone jack, but a USB C to 3.5mm stereo headphone adapter is included, and it works great. The audio is present as fast as if it had been a regular headphone jack on the unit, and the audio quality through this adapter is great. Unfortunately, the adapter doesn't seem to work through a USB C hub, but I had to use a USB A to USB C adapter in the hub, which probably broke the protocol. I'm guessing that a USB C hub with USB C jacks instead of USB A will resolve this problem.
Fortunately, the bluetooth interface allows use of my headsets or external speakers, and that works very well.
It is a bit finicky with regards to bluetooth mice. I have three, and so far it only pairs up with my HP4000.
The foregoing describes all issues I have encountered with this tablet. Performance of the tablet itself is outstanding, as others have stated in their reviews.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this tablet in general, and Best Buy's "Excellent" rating when it comes to Open Box condition and availability.

Over the last few months I have purchased three of these 500gb refurbished SSD's from Best Buy to upgrade several computers. All drives were well packed and arrived on schedule, and all are working perfectly. Since the Samsungs are among the highest rated SSD's, the refurbished approach gives you a more economical way to upgrade to SSD, which provides a noticeable improvement of performance for older computers. Most recently, I have upgraded my old dual core HP DC5700 desktop which still has a meaningful role in the array of computers. I also upgraded a 10 year old Samsung NC10 netbook which is now a full time, 15 hour per day, living room slideshow computer. Transitions between slides are smoother now with a refurbished 860 EVO 500gb drive installed.
Cloning the drives with the Samsung migration software did not work for me when cloning an 860 EVO SSD for a laptop, as it did not result in a bootable drive. I therefore have used the free version of MiniTool Partition Wizard for cloning, installed in each of the computers to be upgraded, with the SSD connected via USB. This cloning utility also preserved the EasyBCD settings, as the DC5700 is a dual boot computer.
Just make sure that you uncheck any bloatware before installing MiniTool Partition Wizard. After cloning, you can create an extra partition before installing the SSD. Also remember to turn off automatic defragmentation, as SSD's do not require this, and is reportedly counterproductive.
While you can certainly purchase a new Samsung EVO 860, there seem to be no problems with purchasing one of these refurbished SSD's. I can therefore highly recommend these refurbished Samsung EVO 860 SSD's from Best Buy.

Is there a USB port or a way to connect the printer to the computer with a USB. I had bought the printer but realized that one of my PCs cannot connect to it without a USB cable.
Yes, there is a recessed USB connector on the rear, right side of the unit. It is a tight fit, but it works. Use a USB cable with minimal shrouding of the connector.
I do not use the built in wireless either.
The direct USB connection to my computer provides a path for other devices to find the printer, even wirelessly through the existing router.
This is the best Canon printer I have ever owned. The cassette for the paper should extend traction mechanism life appreciably. Ink consumption is not bad.

What would happen if it stops working would you photos still be accessible?
Always store any pictures on your phone to an external micro SD card. This both saves storage space on your phone for applications, but if the phone dies, simply remove the micro SD card, and install it on your new phone. You may have to transfer the photos into your computer and reinstall them on your new phone.

Can photos/videos be taken from computers?
You would connect your phone to the computer via your USB charging cable. The phone should show up as a USB device. In some cases you must download a utility from the phone manufacturer's website. Then it is a process of exploring the phone, (on your computer), until you find the location where the phone stores pictures. You would the copy and paste photos from your computer to that directory on the phone.

According to my quick search, the phone will accommodate a micro SD card up to 256gb. Without having found the owners manual online, I would guess that you must remove the back cover to find the slot. You may have to remove the battery to gain access to that slot. Some phones these days have a slot on the side of the case for the micro SD card. Check your owners manual for precise instructions.

Does it have sim card?
It has the provision for the addition of an SDXC card, but not a SIM card, as it is not really a phone. You may wish to look at other Samsung "phablets", (phone tablets), which have up to about an 8 inch scree, if memory serves, and can accommodate a SIM card.

It comes with a USB C to 3.5mm stereo headphone jack adapter, which works great.

Refurbished? How exactly do you refurbish a solid state drive?? Just format it? Replace the NAND? If I buy it and run a SMART diagnostic on it, what will the "SSD life %" be? How many hours powered on will it report?
Well, that is a good question. All I can tell you is that all three refurbished drives did not exhibit any physical wear or scratches. I would presume that the counters would be returned to zero, but the Samsung Magician utility should be able to give you an indication of the remaining potential life of the SSD. If you have any doubts, just purchase a new one. I have three refurbished drives in three different computers, and they are all working fine.

Can I use my I-tunes library with this device?
If your library is currently in your Hard Drive, then cloning software should successfully copy it to the SSD. It is just a drive; I would guess that the cloning software you would use should be Apple compatible.
