The first problem I had was a new laptop being slow, so I traded it in and got another new one and then that one's hard drive died. So 80% of the time I have not been able to use it since buying it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought a computer supposedly certified by geek squad. Well it is supposed to be a gaming laptop but it keeps freezing and pausing and when I launch games the games crash. Waste of money. It can barely surf the internet.
