Easy setup, no driver issues, and very easy to use. Only con is the cord is short, should be about twice the length of what it is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is it "Plug n' Play" or do I have to download and install software?? I hope someone can answer because I can just imagine standing in a store and the associate having no idea what the answer is.

I'm using it on a Windows 10 PC and it was plug n play.

how long is the USB cable?

Maybe 2 feet? Not going to go measure but it is not long enough!
