I havent used the dots yet...i have 7, but i know how they work. I have two pluses and some other alexa devices already. Going to use these as intercoms and reminders mainly.

Its basically a dvr. Doesnt work without another fire module to pair it with. Wasnt what i was looking for.

Setup was amazingly easy. Wifi covers all of my 3300 square feet and then some! Once the antennas are placed in the best spots this thing os unstoppable!

I use this on my motorcycle helmets. The different curvatures are a must! I promise it will stay on too...can't pry it off with a crowbar. Great mounting bracket!

I had my floodlights w/ camera installed in the same location as my old floodlights. After installation, I noticed that the installer didn’t use a junction box that Is indicated in the instructions. It is working properly. Should I be concerned?

There are different ways to install these things based on the setup you have for the existing electrical. If it works, looks sturdy, and is sealed against the wall (has a rubber ring around it to keep out moisture), then you should be good to go!

I've been told I can purchase this item and your Geek Squad will install it for free - is that true?

I'm not sure...I installed my own. If you already have electrical wires in place where you want it installed, they may? You can call one of the stores and I'm sure they can tell you.

Will it work on a surfboard ? Thanks

Im sure it would. The sticky tape on these things is no joke. Could probably stick it on and use it right away, but if I were you, I would stick it on and let it sit outside in the heat for a day. Make sure its good and stuck since it will be getting wet. But you should be fine man.
