I am an older Senior Citizen and when I opened the cover for the first time, powered up by itself, I knew I had a lot to learn. I had purchased Window 11 for seniors book to go along with it. I couldn't hardly wait to try out these new Christmas presents. I have two wireless printers, one for color and the other a laser B & W. No problem getting them operational. I was looking forward to get my Windows defenter operational for protection since I had problems with my older computer and my phone. I went with 365 and have it now installed on my phone and another computer. My Safari routinely prevents 110-130 trackers from doing their "dirty work" every week. I am hopefull my defender will give me proper protecton on all my devices. The first day I had the machine, one of the things I noticed defenter had not be activited, but I though I would figure out to do this another day. Another day didn't come for 2-3 days due to the holidays and company. When I did get to it, I found another company had pushed defender asided and installed their program that I hadn't use for 2-3 years. I was really upset and with by book, I was able to delete the intruder and activated defender. Anyway, I hope its it done right. MCH 1-13-2023.

I have purchased three of these wireless keyboards since they have been available. The first at a second-hand store for about $5.00, new and still in the box; however the receiver was missing. I had a Logitech mouse at home with receiver. I had a rather new laptop just out of warranty at the time with occasional sticking keys. I have used this keyboard with that computer continuously for at least 6-7 years. Then I began using the keyboard and mouse with with a switch box for about 5 years for two laptop computers . Love them and the price is right. Recently the keyboard began adding spaces after 2-3 different letters so I ordered my third one after trying to pair them again without luck. The second keyboard I purchased 4-5 years ago as a gift since I have been so impressed and its still operating without a flaw for the person. Clayton

Can RAM be expanded from purchased capacity? I have seen reviews that say it can't be expanded, but the Samsung website appears to say that it is. See attached screenshot.

Sorry, I don't know. I've read with many computers the RAM is soldered in place and there is not space. Ask the computer vendor.

Will the Samsung Book2 360 support 4k output via HDMI to an external monitor or tv?

Sorry, I don't know, but during the COVID outbreak, I was able to watch my church service with a $150 Dell computer by obtaing a $8.00 HDMI cable.

Is this computer a good choice to run GIS software (ENVI, ArcMap, ArcPro)?

will it need batteries i? Is this product Lenovo compatible ?

Batteries that came with the keyboard last 1-2 years. Should batteries seem dead, you should first try to pair the product with the keyboard and/or mouse using the free Logitech software. Replacement Duracell AA work great.
Know nothing about a Lenovo.
