I bought it, I tried everything to get it to work, and after almost an hour, I gave up! It says it'll connect to only 2.4GHz well, that was a lie. Pfffttt....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is there a speaker phone feature with Model CS6114?

No it does not, and the sound quality isn't very good. It sounds like the other person is speaking while in a tunnel. The hollow sound is horrible. I just needed an extra emergency calls only for my parents. Incase their cell phone goes dead.

Can ChimePro be used outside the house. My entryway is too far from router to maintain stable connection.

I'm having that very same problem. The Chime-Pro is no help either. Returning the Chime. If you have a light switch close by, you can have an electrician hard wire your Ring to it. That'll get it working. My brother in-law will be doing mine that way, and he's an electrician.

Can it be returned without a reciept

If you choose to have receipt printed and emailed, at the time of purchase, you'll have no problem, other than that, I'm not sure. Sorry...

I have a Ring Doorbell 2 and a ring chime pro. All works well but the Ring Chime sets up its own Wifi 2.4 GHz access point on channel 3 with a hidden or blank SSID. I do not need this feature. How do I turn it off? Thanks.

That's a good question! I tried and tried and I myself couldn't turn it off either. Now I'm stuck with a doorbell that doesn't work. At least able to return the Chime-Pro. Perhaps the Geek Squad can help.
