I have has this one for a little less than a month now and so far no issues other than the occasional freeze up which is cured with a restart. However this is my third in not more than three years. My first one (a prior model of the Paperwhite) the battery went out after 13 months of use and my second went out after 9 months with a permanent screen flaw.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this to replace Paperwhite I bought in Sept. of 2021 which died on me after 1 year, 1 month and out of warranty. This model is a little bigger and so far has been better displaying pages and responding to commands although still a little glitchy at times.

Bought this to replace older model HP printer thinking I could just hook it up to my iMac using the cable and not having to load all the software and connect to my wifi but no such luck. I was able to get it to work though and for my purposes (printing a few pages for my wife once a week) it works and for the price I think it is well worth the money paid.
