I have two of these in my truck with 1200 watts rms going to them and they sound great. I have had them for about a year now with no issues. These are a great option for trucks due to their size. If you like loud bass you can hear outside the vehicle than one of them is just not enough, but two is perfect.

Will this work with a HP EliteDesk 800 G1 MT Desktop computer? And does it require external power?
Yes, have this card installed in my HP 280 g1 MT pc, and it does require external power. There is a version of this card that does not but the one best buy sells does. I upgraded my power supply to a Corsair CX650M and it fits perfectly in my HP 280 G1 microtower.

I have this amp powering 1 12" kicker 500 Should I turn the amp Up halfway because the amp is 1600 wodage or could this one speaker handle all amps power
Turn up the gain on your amp all the way down then start playing a heavy bass song with your head unit )Equalizer flat) turned up about 3/4 all the way Then go to the amp and slowly turn up the gain while playing that song loudly and you will be able to tell when your kicker 500 starts to distort..usually when the amp is turned up 3/4 of the way you will get distortion. The second you start to hear the distortion stop turning the gain up on the amp and turn it down just barely. Then, leave it at that point and it should prevent clipping and maximize your enjoyment of the products for the lifespan of them.Also, it all depends on the impedance of your kicker 500 to how many watts the pioneer amp is putting out to it. I assume you are talking about a kicker comp c sub which is probably 500 watts max? ? This amp is not 1600 real watts, the 16 00 is max wattage which is irrelevant and a marketing scheme. SO if your Kicker 500 is a single coil 4 ohm sub then the pioneer amp is seeing a 4 ohm load and is pushing out around 300 watts RMS.. If your kIf its a dual voice coil sub at 4 ohms each wired in parallel then the Pioneer would be seeing a 2 ohm load and sending around 500 watts RMS out.. Always remember you can look up tutorials on how to wire your subs properly and match an appropriate amp with one . People end up blowing their subwoofers or complaining that their amplifier is poorly made or garbage because it is always in protection mod. It's in protection mode people for a reason. Most likely you wired the sub incorrectly and are trying to present a 1 ohm load on a 2 ohm stable amplifier and thus protection mode ensues.

For this item, which amplifier I can use. and what are the other thing should I need to install fro my FORD FOCUS 2016.
I would recommend you get a Kicker CXA600.1 amplifier to run two of these subs. Wire each sub in parallel to get a final impedance of 2 ohms. The Kicker CXA600.1 amplifier will give each subwoofer just over 300 watts RMS which matches JBL's wattage requirements very well. You will also need an enclosure for the subs and an amp kit for installation. I would recommend a 4 gauge amp kit from Kicker at best buy or you could get 8 gauge. If you need rca cables make sure the amp kit has them and if you do not (if you have a stock head unit in your ford focus) then use the line level inputs on the Kicker amp. As far as am enclosure for two of these subwoofers you could buy a Metra - 12" Dual Sealed Subwoofer Enclosure - Charcoal enclosure from best buy. The specs for the enclosure match the subwoofers quite well too. And, if you only wanted to install one of these subwoofers then get the Kicker CXA300.1 amp, an 8 gauge amp kit, and a Metra 12'' Single Sealed Subwoofer Enclosure. That's what you need to install this item in your Ford Focus.
