This is a great power supply. It doesn't make any noise and I have power to spare in my pc. I am running an nvidia rtx 2060 super 8gb card from it and it works like a charm. EVGA makes solid and reliable products. I have a 600 watt 80 plus and a 450 watt bronze from EVGA as well in my other pc's.

I have a spectrum wifi and added a net gear nighthawk mesh. Will this make my connection better and speed up my wifi?
Speeding up your wifi depends on the cable used to connect your modem to your router as well. You need at least a cat6 ethernet cable. Sometimes people still use old cables and that slows up the speeds. The mesh setup should help your wifi all around the house as expected and speed up the wifi.

If i have a 6Gb graphics card already, does this CPU make better sense then one without graphics built in?
If you have a 6gb gpu then you do not need one with graphics built in, but this is an excellent processor.
