Is it compatible with avaya phones, need it for csll center. Is it good for it. Can i step away from my desk and still talking with customer. Uf so how far away from my desk. What the difference wit plantronics

I set away from my desk all the time on conversations and never lose sound quality. It needs to be plugged into a USB port so as long as your phone system has the ability you are good to go!
