Just plug and play. Has unifying support. Easy to use for anyone but shouldn't be used for long gaming sessions or digital art or anything intense like that because of the lack of wrist support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

what is the difference between Bluetooth and Wireless?

Wireless describes any device that connects to another without wires. Bluetooth is a means of wireless connection but this mouse does not connect via Bluetooth but via a receiver that comes with the mouse.
