Was using RBK752 and was happy with performance till I started adding smart home accessories. I was up to 62 (it is rated for 40) and started to notice some lag and drop in speed. Yes this is a huge investment but nothing compared to what I have spent on lights, switches and all other smart home gadgets. setup was easy, i now have capacity for 200 items, faster speeds and future of wifi. Will update review if anything changes. Highly recommend.

after purchasing similar Dyson fans previously (TP01 and a HP02) I wanted to add a third to our home. I do enjoy what the fans do and how we feel with them in our home.
The issue is not the fan so much as the customer service. All three of these fans have had issues connecting to wifi and the app. I was able with some help from Dyson Advanced Tech to get the previous two connected. This one I could not get to work After two weeks of patiently trying I decided to write Dyson a letter and let them know the system is broken. Thweir response - started the whole process over again leading to my further frustration. Further I discovered that there is only 1 person at Dyson available to assist with connection issues. One person. No wonder it took weeks to resolve.
The fans work great - just not with the app and on wifi.
I paid for premium product and received bargain service. I will think twice before purchasing anything further from Dyson.

There is a reason there are so many good reviews for this expensive product: Works as advertised out of box, ease of use and outstanding customer service. I had a unique wiring issue and Customer Service stayed on the line almost 1 hour helping me diagnose and install unit correctly. The price is high for what they are but in my opinion worth it.

Purchased these for the downlight in kitchen. Did not want the color here (have in the surrounding rooms), is just nice that I can dial in desired brightness for every situation. I do enjoy how easy they are to setup and control. And being able to use with Alexa or Siri is added bonus. Yes they do cost a little more but you get what you pay for. After trying some of the discounted lights they do not live up to the Hues in brightness, ease of use and the App.

Like the fact that you only replace the "guts" of your lock keeping the exterior hardware. Was pretty easy to install. Did have to drill out on door jamb to 1" depth as previous deadbolt only went ¾". Had some issue connecting to app, contacted support who walked me through and we got fixed. Support was quick, easy and friendly. Even sent follow up few days later to make sure working. This is part of my HomeKit. I get notifications when door is locked or unlocked, can share with family and has worked well. Very happy with purchase after initial install miscues.
Things to know: door has to sit flush for lock to work. I had weather stripping and had to adjust a little to allow for smooth operation. May need to do some additional work so just be prepared. But I feel this is still best way to go as I did not have to change or re-key exterior lock hardware.

Ended up returning this and purchasing new. The so called "refurbished" was just thrown in the box, does not look like anyone tested and missing pieces. Best Buy did make the return easy. This is 2nd time a "refurbished " product has been shipped and it is evident no one ever touched it.
