Paired this with some Sonance outdoor speakers and was able to create a whole home experience with Sonos speakers in each room and using the Amp to connect to the outdoor speakers I can go anywhere and hear music. Easy to use and setup, the only negative is that when you clean the unit (we are very dusty here in AZ) you have to be careful or you will start the unit playing (Amp is indoors vs outdoor speakers).

Using the Hue play with the Hue gradient lightstrip and Sync Box and I have a near perfect home theater. Hue makes it easy to connect, Sync Box has the lights keeping sync with whatever I am doing (movie, gaming or music).

This is one of the worst things I have seen from Best Buy. This is suppose to be a Geek Squad certified refurbished item. The bars were tossed in the box, had 3 bases (should only have 2) and 2 of them were stuck together with 3m tape. Cords were just shoved in vs coiled neatly, set screws were loose in bottom of box, papers out of sleeve. Having purchased many refurbished items previously I know the standards and this is not it. Someone got lazy and did not do their job and then sold it as refurbished.

I have a wall mounted Samsung Smart TV. This work was performed by Best Buy. I want to add the ability to view You Tube TV. My current Samsung Smart TV appears to not support the app. Can I add Roku device to get You Tube TV via Geek Squad services?
find it hard to believe that a new TV does not support You Tube TV as it is preinstalled on most. But that being said some TV's do have issues. You can use a Roku device and get service. Also - on the tv - go yto the app store and verify that they do not have the You Tube TV app

We are considering purchasing a 75” tv at Best Buy. We want the old tv set removed and the new one installed. We have in wall wiring connected to Binary™ 500 Series HDBaseT. Will you upgrade the in wall coaxial cable to fit today’s 4K resolution?

I am experiencing slow upload speeds, all software & firmware are up too date, all security shut off, any ideas why my upload speeds have slowed to 1/3 of my isp speed? My isp did check their end, they say they have no issues. Any ideas ‘ suggestions.
how many devices connected to network? I would try just rebooting (if you have not already). Unplug all. Plug in modem. Once it is 100% plug in router. Once router acquires signal plug in satellites. if still have issues i would start isolating and investigate to see if I could not detect what issue is. No easy way that I am aware of.
