I have never been so excited to get moving!
The reminds when to move eat drink water also slows me to purchase my Starbucks when I treat myself to the extra calories! Makes you feel good seeing the heart rate zones knowing how many hours a day you send burning fat it encourages you to move so those numbers increase! I loved it so much I bought one as a gift for my Dad and he’s like this thing keeps buzzing and telling me to move my lazy butt. He didn’t realize how sedentary he was on a daily bases.so we are both loving it !

I have had to learn to make dairy free icecream and the food processor attachment has made my life a breeze! Love the power love how fast things are blended,pulsed chopped, smoothied or whipped into ice cream or frosting I can’t wait to use the cookie dough blade. :)

Is this strong enough to make ice cream? If so will it give the correct texture?
Yes! I’ve been making dairy free ice cream so,smoothing frozen coconut milk,frozen bananas frozen non dairy milk it has grinded right through until smooth.
One really good recipe with dairy
Whisk 2 cups heavy whipping with tsp vanilla pour into ice cubes tray freeze 2-3 hours and then blend in food processor attachment with 4cups fresh peaches or fresh mangos or strawberries basically any fruit and your choice of sweetener amazing results!
