It is a wall bracket with tilt and some side to side play for centering. It was easy to install and sturdy.

I bought this stuff to make thermal contact in a specialized military PC. It gets very hot and I needed something to conduct heat from the processor board to the very thick and rugged aluminum housing. My only complaint is that you have to be very careful with this stuff because it is messy and stains.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I splurged and bought this 4k TV for myself for christmas. It has been worth it especially since it was so inexpensive. From a distance the picture looks great on any format. with the picture paused up close you can see all the video dithering that is going on and it looks a bit blurry. I have yet to see 4k content on the TV but HD looks fabulous.
I would recommend this to a friend!
