Yes, it should. I'm using it on my Note 9 and it works perfectly. It did come with a USB C cable, so yes, you can use the cable to charge your phone directly as well.

i just bought this keyboard last week and my left "ctrl" key is already falling off, i dont know why its loose already. Do you think i return it and get a replacement i have the insurance or any suggestion for fix?

Do these sound this Blue switches? Specifically, Razer’s Green switches.
I doubt it. I had avoided mechanical keyboards until checking out a larger version of this keyboard about a year ago, because I hated the super clicky-clacky nature of them all. Logitech's Romer-G mechanical keyboards have the wonderful quick and springy feeling of mechanical keyboards, without the extremely clicky-ness of them.
