Lost mine. They are the best. I have a small ear canal and after watching utube a guy showed me its best to use the large tips. Wow what a difference, but I lost them. Do not make the same mistake I did. ALWAYS PUT THE BUDS IN THE CHARING CASE WHEN NOT IN USE EVEN IF ITS ONLY 5 MINS. I PUT MINE IN A BAG AT A BASEBALL GAME WITH ALL THE OTHER STUFF AND THE BAG HAD A HOLE IN IT. SO PLEASE PUT BACK IN CHARGING CASE

Fortualy my son wanted it...but it does not play TRUE 4K MOVIES. It was sold to me saying it would play the movie I had in hand. They are only trying to sell sell sell. Do your homework !!!!!!!!

I just setup this player and bought two 4k Ultra HD movies. When I try to view these movies, I get an error message saying that it cannot read the disc. Is there something I am missing? Do I need a software upgrade?

They don't have a clue. Most best buy employees can't hook up a stereo system. Years ago I had a. Very complex system and needed help making connections and at Circuit City the salesman said he could do...no problem. When he looked at it I could see it was way over his head.I ended up going on Uribe and doing it myself. Gave him 5 bucks for gas money ! Guess that's why they are closed now.Ay Best Buy only the guys working in auto installations know what they are doing.Go to Uribe and do the research and buy from MONOPRICE.COM!!!!!
