What the heck. I opened it, attached the pieces, put my phone in the holder, vent the arm to the correct angle and position, and… CREEEAAAAAK BWAAAAAAA SCREEEEEECH, and it broke within 20 seconds of using it. How are you going to make bendable arms that break when slightly manipulated to a closer position? I’m not talking trying to rip it out of place, just a small bend and it broke. What an inconvenience.
Hopefully it was a fluke and the rest are not as fragile.

Was a good deal when on sale. Couldn’t get it to connect and listen for our voices. Hey Alexa, and the speak button in the app, tried both but it was just stubborn I guess. I returned and don’t regret it. I was hoping it wouldn’t be one of those that starts talking randomly about Poltergeists or demons at 3 am. It wasn’t as far as I could tell.

Im pairing with a M1 MacBook Air. The problem is that it will pair up for a second, then lose the connection. Or get a Bluetooth connection but won't be recognized as a Sound output device. What should I try?
