It works great. Audio is great. A lot of pressure in the ears after 8 hours with them. It does not block the outside audio at all. Good but I was expecting more for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very chic and comfortable but a nightmare because it disconnect and reconnect constantly with new batteries after some weeks of use. I did noy bought the insurance in order to get a replace. Too expensive and it is not working properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

is this device compatible with cisco finesse? will the mute button work with this system i have not found a wireless headset that the mute button actually mutes.

Hi! For me the mute buttom works perfectly. Apparently, you have a damaged headset.
