TV is fine, with caveats. I bought this as an excellent open-box deal. Excellent, famously, means that you are paying extra for an item that "includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." Imagine my surprise when I received the TV in a box with a big honking label on the outside saying that it was missing the stand and the remote. I drove it down to the local store so that they could provide me with the missing pieces: "Sorry, not our problem--this came from a warehouse and we don't have anything we can give you" (of course, they have a lot of new TVs they could take these items from but wouldn't do that). Called support: "Sorry, you gotta take it to your local store, they deal with the open box stuff, not us." Not one person reachable through Best Buy was able to do anything about it, despite the false advertising which is still on the item today. You're better off buying from a merchant that stands behind their products. I guess BB is just hoping people won't complain or return these and taking the profit in the meantime.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Scan all your prints, negatives and slides quickly and efficiently. Complete with film holdersit handles just about any size and format, including 35 mm filmstrips, mounted slides and full panoramic medium format film.

Will it work with Photoshop Elements 11?

There is no TWAIN driver for 64-bit operating systems. Therefore, if you wish to scan directly through Photoshop Elements from the Import menu on a 64-bit system (which is basically every modern system available now) then you are currently out of luck. You would have to use the desktop EPSON software to scan the image and then use/edit it in Photoshop... Which is why I returned it. Otherwise it works well and is a nice scanner!
