They put a weird black speaker clip by my steering wheel, nobody can ever hear me with this new set-up. The screen brightness is all the way up, it’s a complete glare and not visible when there’s any sunlight shining on it. They didn’t tell me until after my installation appointment that I’d need another part for my steering wheel buttons to work, so I can’t even do anything while driving. Customer service kept sending me back to the store for exchange options, even after VMs with the installation line nobody called me back, so now I’m stuck with a terrible several hundred dollar purchase.

We’ve been trying to figure out why our internet is so slow and turns out this TV is not compatible with our standard 5G internet, only our 2G, so now that we’ve realized that it’s too late to return and I am trying to find someone to sell it to so we can buy one that does. For the cost, this thing was a waste of money.

Bought mid-March 2020. Charter couldn’t get it to work, so Netgear had to do troubleshooting via phone for it to finally work hours later.
August 2020 - just over 4 months later, and it’s not working again. After 90 days Netgear washed their hands of it. Best Buy washed their hands of it w/no hand receipt since they couldn’t locate it in their system, even with the details we could share from our bank statement. Charter tried to factory reset it with some other troubleshooting that didn’t work. After 5 hours of phone calls with no accountability, the Best Buy we bought it at finally let me exchange it.
Netgear and Best Buy both lost frequent customers with this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

$300 for a scanner and after a few months of test scans preparing for holiday orders, I'm ready to make final scans, but the app now has a big line through it and gives me the following error (see screenshot attached):
"EPSON Scan.app" needs to be updated."

So I can't even use the scanner. It wants me to contact Epson to tell them to update their app. What a waste of money and time. I'm beyond frustrated.

Will this work with Mac OS Catalina? 10.15.1?
Do not buy this for a Mac. I bought it in June and now I can't use the app just a few months later because my Mac updated. See screenshot attached. Mac wants me to contact Epson to tell them to update their app so I can use my $300 scanner.
