New OEM AMP solved no sound from radio.

JR mounted a new OEM amp in my car. A recent upgrade to Apple car play radio did not solve my sound problems when outside temps dropped below 60 deg. A new Amp was the cure. I now have sound regardless of outside temps.

Radio replaced 2004 GMC YUKON original radio. It gave me Apple Car Play (with hardwire cable). I thought the original radio was bad, but it turned out to be the original amplifier. I “think” radio crashed on me one time after 30 minutes of play, but I need more screen time to be sure. Not sure if sound is as good as original radio ??? (But it’s close.)

I’m scared of being scammed! Is it normal for Sirius to send me an email saying that i may need to update my credit card information?
They probably just want to gain you as a steady subscriber and not just the occasional pre pay cards. If the cards are for you, you can get some pretty awesome subscription deals for a year if you let them know you are on a budget. But call them direct. Don’t respond to emails with credit card info. Love the music. Hard to do without it once you got it!
