I bought 2 of these. Their easy to build and they hold a lot of CD's. I'm pleased with the price too. I shopped around and Best Buy had the lowest price for these.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How many dvd's does this hold?

I'm not sure.l My son uses it as CD stand and he can put about 250 CD's in it. DVD's are a little bigger so it would hold less of those

Can you stack 2 units together for a height of 40"??

Their not made for stacking. I wouldn't do it. They would fall over unless you glued two stand on top of each other. They look good singly

Can this stand on the ground or does it have to be mounted?

This stand sits on the floor. No you cannot mount it

How many cds does this hold?

My son was able to get around 250 or so in each unit stand. Great deal!
