My monitors did not come with a built in webcam, so I needed to find one during this COVID-imposed Zoom era. This camera works. It does not come with any directions other than simple drawings on how to set up and the standard warnings in many languages that come with electronic products. I was grateful to find one available anywhere. Logitech is a reliable brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does this have built-in microphone?

According to the box it has a noise-reducing mic. However, there are no instructions about turning mic on or off so it must always be on. People at the other end of my Zoom meeting said they couldn't hear me. So, there are computer settings that play into the sound quality too. It is not as simple as simply having a mic if one doesn't understand the other settings. Ask Google for help.
