Exactly what I was looking for. It can be a bit of a challenge considering you can not swing the TV out so plugging in HDMI ports can be tough, but still worth the hassle compared to paying another 100$ for one that swings out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty satisfied overall given the picture quality and how big the screen is given how much you pay for it. Some aspects can be a bit annoying. I.e. some streaming devices such as Xfinity, and others are not compatible so you have to have workarounds such as chromecast plugins to stream that to the TV. Bit slow at times in terms of switching apps. But still great picture overall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How much clearance is there behind the TV/wall mount? My outlet sits directly behind the TV and I would need about an inch of clearance for the cords. (See photo) It looks like there might be enough room but I'm unsure.

It depends I would say. If the cord is near the middle or top of where you are mounting the TV I would say you are perfectly fine. However, if it will be near the bottom of where you are mounting the TV it is going to be tight.
