This is a thoughtful design with no wasted material. When you rest your wrist on the pad, it's almost impossible for your mouse to wander off the edges. Also, it sticks really well to the surface it's on so it doesn't slide around on the desk. This can be a little tricky if you need to relocate the pad though, as you have to literally peel it off the desktop.

Excellent headphones, especially for the price! These have the best sound I've ever heard from a headphone, although I haven't really tried all that many. They have great bass, nice separation and good noise cancelling. And I've actually gotten compliments on the microphone quality compared to my previous headset. The ear cups completely cover my enormous ears, which is a new experience that really helps with the noise cancelling. My only complaint, and it could be specific to me, is that they're fairly heavy and the tension on the headband is pretty high, so there can be some fatigue after a while.

Excellent mouse if you're finally tired of the twitchy weirdness of Apple's mice. I've used Macs since the '80's, and it's ironic that they have never really made a particularly functional mouse, given that they introduced the mouse to the mainstream.
The MX Mouse has great ergonomics, impressive functionality and really seems to be built with the user's needs in mind. Using the downloadable app, you can really get the most functionality out of this mouse and it seems like it would be even better for switchers coming from Windows.

This is an excellent alternative to Apple keyboards, with a full keyboard set-up and numeric keypad in a great Bluetooth format. And it looks good too!
Since it's plastic, vs. the aluminum of the Apple keyboards, I was concerned that it might feel comparatively cheap, but it's heavy, solid and the rubber pads keep it from sliding around the desk.
The action on the keys is responsive and smooth and the backlighting comes up as soon as your hands get near the keys. When you're not typing, the backlight goes off to save battery power.
It also has some great pre-programmed functions on some of the F keys, which can also be reprogrammed using the app. It's unfortunate that you have to use a separate app to access some of the functionality, but I have the feeling that's mostly due to Apple restrictions, and the app is very easy to use.
It's not cheap, but if you use the keyboard a lot, this is a great option.

I bought this to replace a Netgear router that had bricked itself during a firmware update (apparently, not that uncommon with Netgear, so be forewarned). The Linksys was overall, quick and easy to set up. The software was maybe a little less intuitive than I'm used to, but not bad.
Performance has been flawless so far, no complaints. I live in a loft apartment, so no real obstacles to reception, but I seem to be able to hold this signal farther outside my apartment than with my previous router. I also like that it supports a lot more simultaneous connections.
I wish it was a little cheaper, but on sale, it was actually a pretty good deal.

The minimalist design makes these pretty much disappear, but when you do notice them, they look good.
Easy to set up and they included hardware to attach pretty much any conceivable speaker. The downside is that the set included so much hardware to accommodate different speaker designs that I now have a drawer full of extra speaker mounting hardware.
Surprisingly stable for such a spindly-looking design. The weighted bases make them sturdy enough to withstand my idiot cat constantly running into them. A big dog might be a problem.

Honestly, this TV would be worth the price just for the software and remote. It's the smallest, simplest remote I've ever had, yet it controls everything perfectly. When I set up the TV it just reached out and took control of my stereo receiver and Blu-Ray player on its own. There was a little bit of a hiccup the first time I used the Blu-Ray, but I got it straightened out pretty easily.
The TV itself has a great picture, nice refresh rate and very good color separation. My only beef is that all of the movies look too good, even a lot of the old ones. They look super-clear, like video. You can choose the Movie picture setting, but that sort of defeats the point of getting a UHD TV. It looked great for sports right away, but movies and TV shows have taken some getting used to. I'm accustomed to it now and I have a new-found appreciation for the work of makeup artists and VFX crews.

Are these headphones weatherproof - can I wear them in the rain?
I can't say for sure because I haven't tried it, but I'm doubtful. There are pinhole openings for the microphone and jacks for the charger and an AUX output. The buttons, which are sturdy, don't look especially water-tight.
