My keyboard and mouse won’t connect to new Dell laptop. Plugged and replugged to different USB ports... nothing. Plugged in usb for another mouse from diff brand and it works. I’ve replaced batteries and made sure power switches are on. What can I do?
Did you take out the dongle in the mouse and plug it up in the USB port of computer
